Severe weather in Houston, Texas has led to significant flooding, resulting in over 400 people being rescued from flooded homes, rooftops, and roads. The flooding is expected to worsen, with a flood watch in effect through Sunday. A wide region from Houston to rural East Texas is affected, with game wardens conducting airboat rescues.
